(April, 2009) Nationally renowned real estate marketing and technology speaker and REALTOR.com^® Vice President, Max Pigman, has presented to Len Montgomery the “Real Estate Online Marketing Award of Excellence.” The Award of Excellence recognizes top agents who consistently provide great marketing services on behalf of their buyers and sellers. President Obama has unveiled an initiative to bring closure to the foreclosure dilemna that has plaqued our economy and housing market for much to long now. With the economy in a slump, even the decreased foreclosure filings in January '09 of approxiamately 275,000 homes continues to damage the housing market on a whole. While certain market sectors have been hurt much more than our local housing market here in the Piedmont Triad, public confidence remains shaken as a whole.

But wait, there is a glimmer of hope! The Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan has set aside $75 Billion (that's right, I said billion with a "B") to stave off the onslaught of foreclosures. Is that enough? Is the plan going to work? How will that effect me? What about declining property values?
